Your Role in Our Mission

Essential Job Functions:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business metrics and gather insight requirements.
• Architect data pipelines and design dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
• Maintain and enhance existing data infrastructure and visualizations.
• Publish and maintain clear user documentation and gather feedback.
• Streamline data workflows and optimize SQL queries to improve data landing time.
• Work cross-functionally to address data gaps and align on solutions.
• Lead projects from end-to-end and offer strategic input to the team.

Key Technical Skills:

Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Data Analytics, Data Pipelines, Dashboarding

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
• Proficient in Python or other scripting languages.
• Strong experience with BI visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos.
• Expertise in querying and analyzing complex datasets.
• Demonstrated curiosity and analytical strength to explore data-driven questions.
• Comfortable learning new tools and frameworks based on project needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
